1. Why do you sell by catalogue?

We sell our shoes through catalogue because it creates a personal experience in which we can share the stories behind the art we wear. When you purchase at a Boutique Night or Fitting Experience, it also creates an opportunity for friends to come together, spend time with each other and why not, have a glass of wine!

2. What happens if my shoes don't fit when they're delivered when I buy at a Boutique Night?

No problem. Simply return them to your Ay Amor Shoe Fanatic. She will place a new order of a new size for you and your shoes will be delivered within a few days at your home address.

Only one free exchange is allowed per customer per product for Boutique Night guests only. The customer will be responsible for any future shipping costs incurred due to future exchanges or returns. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

If you simply want to return the shoes, please deliver them to your Ay Amor Shoe Fanatic and she will process a refund. Alternatively, if you can't see your Ay Amor Shoe Fanatic to return your shoes, please ensure you follow our regular return procedure which can be found here.

All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of initial purchase.

3. What happens if I don't like the shoes when I receive them?

We are so sure you will love your shoes that if you don't like them you can definitely return them. Explain what you didn't like about your shoes and you will get a full refund as long as the return happens within 30 days of the shipping of your order to your host. Keep your receipt and make sure the shoes aren't worn or damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

4. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash.

5. Can my shoes be shipped to me directly?

Yes, but you will find that the online price is slightly higher than through the catalog. We want to give our partners the advantage of offering better prices while we offer you a better shopping experience. After all, it's always nice when you can try on your shoes, touch them and make sure you love them.

6. What should I do if my Ay Amor Shoe Fanatic doesn't deliver my shoes?

If your shoes aren't delivered within 15 calendar days from the day of your purchase, please contact Ay Amor (778) 906-8454. We will track the location of your shoes and find a solution for you asap.

7. What is  your return policy?

Our policy is simple, love it or return it! If you didn't like your shoes or they don't fit, you can return your shoes within 30 days of purchase. As long as they aren't worn and they are in the exact same condition they were given to you. Marked down products are final sales.
